This is a 28cm flexible magic arm for fixing photography equipment.

Fixed with a single knob: The magic arm can be fixed in all positions with a single knob.
Hot shoe mount end: If you disassemble the mechanism, the back side will have three parts, each of which can be used separately as a camera accessory.
